HOW TO CONDUCT YOURSELF IN TRAINING?
The spirit in which you approach training is crucial to your progress, rather then focusing only on defeating the person in front of you try hard to apply the techniques in a skilful, relaxed manor. If raw power and strength is the only means by which you prevail something is wrong.
Training is a time for experimenting try to use various techniques and not stick to the same ones. No one enjoys being forced to submit in training but you must accept this will happen (failure today will lead to success tomorrow).
Be courteous to your training partner remember it could be you submitted next.
As soon as someone taps release the lock/strangle immediately.
Leave egos at home!
