In the recent months:

• Piotr 'Doktor' Kusmierz, Bloodline Fight Team's heavyweight fighter put all his hard training with both Eddie Kone and Paul Murat into practice. Stepping in to fight at Cage Rage Contenders London on the 14th of June for his debut. Doktor fought Antonio Schut and in the first round Docktor knocks down Schut and continues to ground and pound him until the fight was stopped at 1:25. The Doktor made a great first impression on both the crowd and Cage Rage promoters and was awarded with a future fight in their next Cage Rage event.

• Cage Rage 27 Step Up at Wembley Arena. The setup for Piotr 'Doktor' Kusmierz's second fight. As an added bonus, four bouts are to be shown live on Nut's Tv and the Doktor's has been chosen as the first fight to be ever shown live on terrestrial TV, a new landmark for out fighter and Bloodline Fight Team. For his second outing, the Doktor faces a far more experienced opponent, Stavros Economou with a record of 7-0-0 (mmauniverse fight statistic)at the time of the fight. Economou must have been the favourite for the fight, with such and impressive record in which no fight went past the second round. The Doktor had no quarms for stepping up to this new level of competition and crowd. With a boyant crowd, Doktor pushed the fight to all three rounds, only losing to a judge's decision. A true Rocky style fight.

• Big news for RGDA-Kent. Shane Burr has managed to source their own private premises as their new academy. Thier new address is now 387b Folkestone Road, Dover, Kent, CT17 9JR a stones throw away from Dover Sea Port. So if any Continental people want to join in RGDA its now just a ferry away. Good luck to Shane with the new surroundings.


• Sean Folan will be competing for his fourth amateur fight at Villa Park, Birmingham against Chris Garry at of F's Freestyle. The event is AMMA, one of the country's leading amateur MMA associations run by referee Marc Goddard. Sean has been training hard for this fight and will be followed to Birmingham by his supporters.
