At weigh-ins Raf tips the scales at 81kg(178lbs) Roman weighs in at 95kg(209lbs). Raf still wants to fight and is happy to be there.

Backstage we are all joking around and warming Raf up he gets the 2 min to fight nod and he is still smiling (What the f*ck?) he walks to the cage to the sound of Tupac's Straight Soldier, the Mike Tyson intro.

The ref gives them the final word and sends them back to the sides of the cage.

You ready to fight ?

It's on. Opening round Roman rushes forward. Raf attempts a low kick and gets caught with a left hook (wai fe hong) straight on the nose which knocks him to the floor and Roman attempts to follow up with GNP. Raf pulls guard followed by open guard and the fight is stopped for a few seconds while the doctor checks Raf's bleeding nose.

Both fighters start again from standing Raf throws a left-right combination and shoots for a double leg. He drives Roman into the cage and down they go. Raf is all over his opponent, unleashing G'n'P Polish style with punches Frank Bruno himself would have been proud of.

The fight is stopped again due to Raf bleeding. After a quick check they reposition the fighters and Raf gets the mount unleashing more G'n'P. Roman turns belly down and Rff gets both hooks in. Roman stands up with Raf attempting a rear naked choke and throws himself forward causing Raf to be spiked on his head. Raf remains with the hooks in and flattens Roman out and after 20 plus unanswered punches the ref stops the fight. Raff wins 2:44 into the first round by G'n'P and sends a clear message to middle weight and light heaveyweight division
