RGDA-UK were proud to host a Rodrigo Gracie seminar on his first visit to the UK on a chilly October Evening.

With the now almost obligatory WOMA.tv interview, Rodrigo answered all kinds of questions revealing the person behind the fighter, including what he would do if he had only six months to live.

The class began with some variations of self defence techniques, and progressed onto training with the gi mixing the teaching of techniques with impromptu short rolling games.

The latter half of the seminar covered no-gi work, where he evaluated what we knew as a whole and taught us some nifty submissions. Following on, some students asked some technical questions and Rodrigo rolled with a few of the students. Always teaching them how they were submitted at the end.
