RGDA-UK can now announce the inclusion of an all new women only class at RGDA HQ's in London.

This class is specifically aimed at women, who want to train with other females or those who are unsure about training amongst men.

Eddie Kone, Head Instructor, will continue to teach these classes to the expected level of RGDA standards.
